Since established in February 1994 as a joint venture, the Company has independently developed and promoted various new materials for casting. With strong technological strength, complete test equipment and outstanding research team, the Company has conducted fruitful cooperation with several domestic universities and formed a comprehensive casting material production base integrating research, production and sales. The Company has successively introduced world-leading production technologies and equipment for flux, additive, aluminum titanium boron coil, ceramic foam filter plate, refractory material, high-temperature coating and inline degassing unit necessary for smelting and casting of modern aluminum industry. Products are sold in China and Southeast Asia. In addition to fully supply of fluxes and additives to the market, we emphatically developed a series of new products for aluminum and aluminum alloy casting industry in 1995, including complete gravity and low pressure casting coating, runner coating, low-pressure casted lift tube and flake degasifier for crucible furnace smelting, covering slag remover and low-temperature slag remover. Currently, such products have completed lab tests and industrial tests and have been fully launched to the market. Since the advent of gravity casting and low pressure casting methods, people have realized significance of metal coatings. Like metal mold design, metal treatment and gating system, choice and controlled application of the best metal mold coating or reasonable combination of coatings play an important role in production of exquisite castings. With perfect product quality assurance system, the Company has obtained trust from broad customers, expanded the market in nearly 10 provinces and cities and exported part of products to America, Europe and Southeast Asia. The Company constantly provides over 80 large and medium machinery manufacturing enterprises with casting materials and considerate after service and meets demands of different users. Advantages: Metal mold coating independently developed by the Company is widely used in gravity and low pressure casting, especially in hub industry. Diversity of types ranks first among its counterparties. Boron nitride coating has filled the domestic blank of similar products. With brilliant performance and moderate price, it competed with the imported like products many times and won users. Crystallizer grease exclusively produced by the Company addresses such problems as large resistance of pull rod (ingot) and poor quality of casting blank surface, and seizes market opportunities. Refractory mortar is another featured product of the Company. Such product has the function of repairing and renovating refractory materials. Through market inspection of our products, we are more confident that we can become the largest colored casting coating provider in China and even the whole world in five to ten years with support from a great many customers and our own endeavors.
